Submit Your Work Today!

Submissions are accepted in three categories: Poetry, Art and Photography, and Fiction or Essay.

Pfeiffer University students, faculty, staff, alumni, and members of the surrounding community are all eligible to submit. The Phoenix staff will review each submitted piece and determine those for publication.

Maximum of 5 Poetry submissions per Person

Maximum of 5 ​ Photography or Visual Art Submissions per Person

There is no maximum submission limit for fiction or essay.

Short stories need to be limited to 5,000 words or less. ​

Flash fiction should be limited to 1,500 words or less.

Please include a cover page with the author's name, address, email address, and word count for each piece. Also, please include a title for the work. If it has no title, please specify.

The author's name and category should be included as the subject of the email.
